One of the best ways to deal with your change-related fears is to face them head-on. When you do this, you will often find that things are not as scary as you made them out to be in your mind. Eleanor Roosevelt once said, "Do one thing every day that scares you." In other words, she suggested that you lean into your fears.

These are a couple other simple tips. Take a step in the direction of your fears and this will give you the courage to take the next step. Keep going and you will soon build momentum.

It is tempting to procrastinate when you are dealing with fear. If you avoid what you fear, you don't have to face it. Instead, decide to take action now rather than procrastinating, The sooner you act, the sooner you can conquer your fears.

These are just a few of the many tips related to fear that we included in our book, Mindset Wizardry - the Magic Behind Thriving in a Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous (VUCA) World. If you like these, you will LOVE our book!
