HOW OUR JOURNEY BEGAN…
We worked together as colleagues in a Fortune 500 company for several years and collaborated on many change projects over the years. Although our careers took us on different paths, we reconnected in 2021. As we were catching up and talking about our respective consulting businesses, we discovered our shared passion for helping people thrive as they faced massive change. We recognized the challenges of the VUCA world we are living in and that we could help people not only survive but thrive during these difficult times by researching the topic and by sharing our collective experience.
Our “mindset wizardry” concept was born in February, 2021 when we started our book. We started by conducting an extensive study of the behaviors that people who survive and thrive during extreme change exhibit. We surveyed more than 500 people and interviewed more than 30 successful executives from a variety of industries. This study became the foundation of our book and the change approach we use with our corporate clients. We launched our book in April, 2022 and followed up with workshops, our blog, self-paced learning tools, and other methods for sharing our knowledge and experience.
