HOW OUR JOURNEY BEGAN…

We worked together as colleagues in a Fortune 500 company for several years. Although our careers took us on different paths, we reconnected in 2021. As we were catching up and talking about our respective businesses, we discovered our shared passion for helping people thrive as they faced massive change. We recognized the challenges of the VUCA world we are living in and that we could help people not only survive but thrive during these difficult times by researching the topic and by sharing our collective experience.

Our “mindset wizardry” concept was born in February, 2021 when we started our book. We launched our book in April, 2022 and followed up with workshops, self-paced learning and other methods for sharing our knowledge and experience. Mindset Wizardry, LLC (founded by Javier Iglesias and Debbie Sehulster) offers consulting and customized workshops for organizations.
