Javier’s Bio

Javier Iglesias leverages an award-winning career as a highly successful multilingual and multicultural executive leader in his role as a trusted advisor to clients.

Javier’s 27 plus year career in the areas of Manufacturing, Operations and Human Resources in Global Diversified Industrials like Advantage Battery Corp, Hussmann, and Ingersoll Rand, included leading high performance cross cultural and both operational and functional teams. He utilized diversity and inclusion, lean six sigma and A3 strategic thinking methodologies to attain optimal performance, grow leaders, develop talent, simplify complicated processes, and drive transformation.

DEGREES AND STUDIES

In addition to a Bachelors’ degree in Chemical Engineering and studies in Operations Research; Javier holds numerous executive education credentials from Cornell, Washington University, and the Thunderbird School of Global Management. He is certified Knowledge Broker, Mastermind Professional, Coach, Advisor, and a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt and Pilot. Inducted in 2008 as Associate Member to the Princeton Premier Global Honors Registry and Inducted in 2018 to the Quality of Leadership Hall of Fame by Dr Michael T. Bagley, Founder and President of Quality of Leadership Institute.

COMPANY STARTUP

Javier Iglesias founded Javier Iglesias LLC in 2019 and labeled it JIC Inter in 2020, to provide professional services in the areas of consulting, coaching and leadership development.

CURRENT WORK

Javier is also Managing Director at the ExeQfind Group, Founder and President of JIC Inter, Managing Partner at JIH Advisors, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Fondo Unido Noreste in Mexico and a founding member of the LAM Foundation Mexico.

INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE

He is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese and has lived and worked internationally for much of his career. He has traveled to 70+ countries and 38 US states.

Debbie Sehulster

Co-Founder & Partner

Debbie’s Bio

Debbie Sehulster has 25+ years of professional experience working in Fortune 500 companies in the energy, manufacturing and telecom industries.  She has held numerous Director level roles in Talent Management & Organizational Development and has held many HR Business Partner and project management roles over the years (manager-director level).  Debbie has significant experience working in complex, global organizations and completed 3 international assignments in Asia and has experience supporting Europe and the Latin America region.  In her Fortune 500 experience, she traveled regularly and worked with colleagues all over the world and has held several roles with global accountability.  She is currently the President and Principal Consultant of Capability Acceleration Consulting, LLC.

Debbie has deep expertise in performance management, employee engagement, change management, talent and succession management, blended learning solutions, organization design, organization & team effectiveness and information gathering techniques.  She stays up to speed on HR trends and best practices and has a long track record of creating leading-edge, innovative talent solutions that are practical for any business.

Debbie is a regular speaker at conferences on various talent management and organization development topics.  She served on a performance management panel presenting at Bersin by Deloitte’s IMPACT conference in 2018 and co-presented her previous company’s performance management approach at the Gartner-Evanta CHRO conference in 2017.  Debbie also presented her approach to building HR capability at the Bersin by Deloitte IMPACT conference in 2015.  This innovative approach was also featured in Deloitte’s annual Human Capital Trends report in 2014.  She was also a keynote speaker at SuccessFactors’ Success Connect conference in 2007.  Debbie has also presented as a guest lecturer on Performance Management and Employee Engagement at Texas A&M University and Change Management at the University of Minnesota.

Debbie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Miami University and a Master of Labor & Human Resources degree from The Ohio State University.  Debbie is also SPHR and SHRM-SCP certified and is a member of both the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and the Association of Talent Development (ATD).
