Javier’s Bio
Javier Iglesias has a 30+ year award-winning career as a highly successful multilingual and multicultural executive leader in the areas of manufacturing, operations, and human resources in global diversified industrial companies including Advantage Battery Corp, Hussmann, and Ingersoll Rand.
Javier holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, studies in operations research, and numerous executive education credentials from Cornell University, Washington University, and the Thunderbird School of Global Management. He is a certified Knowledge Broker, Mastermind Professional, Coach, Advisor, and a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt. He was also inducted as Associate Member of the Princeton Premier Global Honors Registry in 2008 and into the Quality Leadership Hall of Fame in 2018.
He is fluent in English, Spanish, and business Portuguese and has lived and worked internationally for much of his career. Javier has traveled to 70+ countries and 38 US states.
Javier is Partner and Co-President of Mindset Wizardry, Managing Director at the ExeQfind Group, and co-founder of Xtreme Transformation. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of FUNORESTE A.C. in Mexico, a board member of Vision of Peace, and a founding member of the LAM Foundation in Mexico. He is on the Board of Advisors of LinkedIn and Bank of America. Javier is also a speaker, author and a member of the Franklin Covey Idea Exchange Executive Roundtable. He is a professor in the Executive Lean MBA at the ALFRA Institute Business School of Executive Management - Universidad de Monterrey.

Debbie Sehulster is a distinguished executive leader with over 25 years of experience driving organizational excellence in Fortune 500 companies across the energy, manufacturing, and telecommunications sectors. As a seasoned professional in Talent Management and Organizational Development, she has consistently delivered innovative solutions that transform workplace performance and culture.
Throughout her career, Debbie has held numerous director-level positions, serving as both an HR Business Partner and project management leader. Her global perspective is enriched by three international assignments in Asia and extensive experience supporting operations in Europe and Latin America, including a year-long residence in Brazil. This international expertise has proven invaluable in navigating complex, global organizational challenges.
