Lessons for My Younger Self

Javier inspired me to share some advice that I would give to my younger self. He had a great list and I thought I would share some of my own thoughts...

⭐Thinking abundantly will take you much further than focusing on scarcity. When you focus on scarcity, you create limitations on yourself.

⭐Failure is part of the journey and one of the best ways to learn. Embrace your failures and use them as a springboard to success.

⭐Always seek opportunities to be exposed to different people with experiences that you don't have and dedicate a good amount of time to learning new things.

⭐Be your authentic self as a leader - be truthful, be real, and own your mistakes. Seek role models and learn from them.

⭐Lean into your fears, the courage will come if you attempt the things that scare you. This is also a great mindset to have when facing change.

⭐Optimism is a superpower...always look for something positive when facing adversity and you will find creative ways to solve problems and will be in a better position to lead.

QUESTION: What advice would you give to your younger self?
