A Game versus B Game

Like many people, I've struggled with perfectionism. One thing that helps me is recognizing when something needs to be "great" versus when it is OK to deliver "good". Life coach Brooke Castillo says "You've got to get comfortable putting out B- work sometimes and stop trying to make everything an A." Some things that we work on are essential and require our best efforts and other things quite frankly don't - these might be administrative tasks or things that are not really core to your job or your client's needs but they have to get done.

✅ Do you sometimes make things harder for yourself?

✅Do you cause yourself unnecessary stress by insisting that ALL of your work needs to be great?

✅What examples can you think of when your B work is perfectly acceptable?
