When people experience VUCA, they typically feel a great deal of stress. Resilience helps people manage their stress. Here's a tip for helping another person (or yourself) build resilience.

Reframe the perception of stress - how we think about stress influences how we manage it. What if you viewed your stress response as helpful rather than harmful? Consider using one or more of these questions to help shift your mindset to a more resilient place:

✅How could you use the energy created by feeling stressed to better prepare for (the thing you are anxious about)?

✅What can you learn from your stress about (the thing that you are anxious about) that will help you (your goal)?

✅What signals are you getting from other people about how you should feel? Are you reflecting those signals rather than your own feelings?
